An optical element for measuring biological information and a biological information measuring device which can measure a plurality of optical parameters related to biological information are provided. In an optical element for measuring biological information in which information of an organism is measured by applying light to the organism and using light absorbed and scattered by a biological tissue of the organism, at least two light-transmitting bodies for applying light to the organism and receiving light are provided, two light-transmitting bodies being different from each other, and an organism contacting portion for contacting the organism is provided in the light-transmitting body.
