The system has transmission device (11), which is assigned to the client (A) of the transaction for transmission of order data to an input server (12) of the agent (B). A confirmation of order (23) is transmittable from agent to client by positive result of the examination. Code (21) and the protection means (22) can be checked according to order with input server of agent. A coded and signed electronic document and a code are generatable by the input server in connection with the preserved order data. The electronic document and the code are transmittable by means of an electronic data transmission from the input server of the agent to a personal computer/an Internet terminal of the client and can be checked by the client. The code can be send from the client to the agent as a positive result of the examination of the signed electronic document in amendment to customary protection means.
