A BLDC(BrushLess Direct Current) motor is provided to facilitate detection of a position of a rotor and prevent generation of abnormal current by linearly representing a counter electromotive force waveform of each phase on a coil terminal of a stator at a ZCP(Zero Crossing Point) point. A BLDC motor includes a stator, a core, and a rotor. The stator includes a coil inducing magnetic flux according to application of current. The core is connected to a rotation axis. The rotor is installed inside the stator by including a plurality of magnets(22) mounted on a circumference of the core along a circumferential direction to have alternate polarities. A magnetic domain in a central unit(A) between both end units(B,C) of the magnet is formed radially with respect to a core(O) of the rotor and magnetic domains in the both end units are arranged in parallel with a magnetic pole axis(P).
