A plasma display device is provided to maximize a ground area for reducing an amount of EMI by using a chassis base. A plasma display device includes a PDP(Plasma Display Panel)(110), at least one driving board(128), a chassis base(134), and an electron element(140). The driving board drives the PDP. The chassis base is arranged between the PDP and the driving board and directly surface-contacted with the driving board. The electron element is mounted on a rear substrate of the driving board. The chassis base includes a mount groove on the rear surface of the chassis base, such that the driving board is mounted on the chassis base.
