PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately understand user's preference by evaluating good and bad based on points during content reproduction to evaluate all. SOLUTION: This device includes an input means 20 for entering good/bad evaluation points of a content to be reproduced by a reproducing means 16 and a content name, a measuring means 18 for measuring time from reproduction start time to stop time, and a storage means 19 for storing numerical value data of the points or a calculation result and information or the like regarding a disk information recording medium. During reproduction, points entered from the input means 20 are sequentially stored in the storage means 19. Based on a measuring result from the measuring means 18 after the reproduction stop, when the ratio of reproduction time to the entire recording time of the contents reaches a preset predetermined value, an average value is calculated from a total value of a plurality of points accumulated in the storage means 19, and the calculation result is stored in the storage means 19 as content evaluation points corresponding to the unique information of the disk information recording medium.
