发明名称 LASER MARKING METHOD AND RESIN COMPOSITION FOR LASER MARKING
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable clear marking of high visibility and prevent transparency of resin from being lost, by using a molded substance of a thermoplastic resin composition containing feldspar. SOLUTION: According to the laser marking method, laser light is projected to a molded substance of a thermoplastic resin composition having fine particles of feldspar, preferably, nepheline syenite dispersed and blended therein, so that clear laser marking of good visibility is achieved without coloring a base body by feldspar. A content of the feldspar in the composition is 0.01-7 wt.% and an average particle size is preferably not larger than 30 μm. The resin is preferably an olefin-series resin. The molded substance can be highly transparent and not colored depending on a suitable combination of conditions. Moreover, the molded substance with a beautiful color can be obtained with the use of a coloring agent if required. High-visibility marking can be made to the molded substance with a small energy density with the use of a carbonic acid gas laser, etc.
