PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel air transport method capable of securing the pipe diameter of an inner pipe of a transport pipe having a double pipe structure, in a suction type air transport system; and to provide the air transport system.SOLUTION: A double pipe structure is adopted as a transport pipe 5, which includes a flexible inner pipe 51 communicating with the inside of an air transport device 2, and an outer pipe 52 for separating the inner pipe 51 from the outside air. When sucking and transporting granules, the internal pressure of a gap space S formed by the inner pipe 51 and the outer pipe 52 is set at a furthermore negative pressure than the internal pressure of the inner pipe 51, to thereby secure the pipe diameter of the inner pipe 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
