PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress tilting a mounting stand together with an image forming device, and suppress obstructing the image forming device by the mounting stand even when a small image forming device is mounted thereon.SOLUTION: A mounting stand 1 includes: a main body part 10 provided with a bottom part 11 having a mounting surface; a first protrusion part (a side wall part 12) protruding upward than the bottom part 11 at an end part of the main body part 10; a second protrusion part (an intermediate member 30) which is arranged on a center side of the mounting stand 1 than the first protrusion part and can move downward from a position protruding upward than the bottom part 11; and a moving member 20 which is supported by the main body part 10 so as to move between a first position protruding to an outer side than the main body part 10 and a second position recessed to an inner side than the first position when viewing the main body part 10 from above.
