PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise information measurement device, exercise support method, and exercise support program which can accurately obtain a movement pace for achieving an appropriate exercise load of a user to support the user in an effective exercise.SOLUTION: An exercise information measurement device 10 includes: a storage control part 22 storing in a storage part 5 a movement pace and biological information measured during a wearer's movement associated with each other; a movement pace allocation part 23 setting a movement pace allocation in movement of a designated distance; a movement pace correction part 25 correcting the movement pace allocation having been set based on the movement pace and biological information stored in the storage part 5; and a guide part 26 guiding the wearer's movement pace according to the corrected movement pace allocation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
