PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause a doctor to present, as proper determinable information, how much a CAD remark becomes helpful in a diagnosis.SOLUTION: A medical diagnosis support device includes: a CAD remark creation unit 102 for analyzing examination data of a subject to create a CAD remark; an interpretation remark acquisition unit 105 for acquiring an interpretation remark of a doctor relative to the examination data; a remark management unit 103 for acquiring information related to a difference between the CAD remark and the interpretation remark; and a reliability evaluation unit 106 for evaluating reliability of the CAD remark on the basis of the information related to the difference between the CAD remark and the interpretation remark.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
