PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oligonucleotides modulating the expression and/or function of IQ motif-containing GTPase activating protein 2 (IQGAP2) and associated molecules.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to antisense oligonucleotides that modulate the expression and/or function of IQGAP2 by targeting IQGAP2 natural antisense polynucleotides, wherein the antisense oligonucleotide comprises one or more modification selected from at least one modification sugar moiety, at least one modified internucleoside linkage, and at least one modified nucleotide and combinations thereof. The invention also relates to the identification of the antisense oligonucleotide, and the use thereof in the treatment of diseases and disorders associated with IQGAP2 expression.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
