PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the throughput of a communication terminal device and also achieve high-security communication without increasing a burden and an occupancy rate of a transmission path accompanying transmission of transmission data.SOLUTION: A base station device 100 performs communication with a communication terminal device through a relay device. An analysis unit 103 determines the position of the communication terminal device by obtaining positional information of the communication terminal device. An encoding unit 105 encrypts transmission data. A control unit 104 performs control to transmit the encrypted transmission data and a decryption key to decrypt the encrypted transmission data to each of a communication terminal device at a position of the end of its own cell determined by the analysis unit 103 and a single relay device. |
