<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guidance information providing system, a route information providing server, a customer server, a guidance information providing apparatus, a guidance information providing method and a program capable of providing detailed guidance information including access means to a site of shop etc, operation hour of facilities etc. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention stores network data prescribing traffic network; stores detailed site information of a facility while associating with area information concerning the area around the facility; allows to set route searching conditions from a present position of a customer as a start point to a site of a facility in the facility area information as a destination; allows to set detailed conditions other than the start point and the destination in addition to the route search conditions based on the detailed site information associated with the facility area information; acquires a route search result including a guide route from the start point to the destination, which satisfies the route search conditions added with the detailed conditions based on the network data; and creates a piece of guidance information representing the acquired route search result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
