PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch nonwoven fabric that has a good stretch property while having high and low shrinkage force areas.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of stretch nonwoven fabric comprises following steps: a transporting step CV to transport in a transporting direction, a nonwoven fabric Sa that contains a stretch fibers with a stretch property and extensible fibers with lower shrinkable property than that of the stretch fibers; a first processing step 120 to stretch the nonwoven fabric Sa by making the nonwoven fabric pass between a pair of first gear rolls 125, 126 and extend at least a part of the extensible fibers; a stretching step 130 to stretch the nonwoven fabric Sa in the transporting direction after the first processing step 120; a second processing step 140 to stretch the nonwoven fabric Sa, after the stretching step 130, by making the nonwoven fabric pass between a pair of second gear rolls 145, 146, which have a part with teeth and a part without teeth on their peripheral surfaces, and cut at least a part of the stretch fibers: and a sticking step 150 to apply an adhesive on the nonwoven fabric Sa at an adhesive applying part and stick the nonwoven fabric and the other sheet Sb with each other in a thickness direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
