According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a terminal for managing a document. The terminal for managing a document according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a public key information selecting unit which selects all or a portion of document content as public key information; a change acknowledgement information generating unit which generates change acknowledgement information by using the selected public key information; a public key information display unit which displays the selected public key information on the document such that the public key information is discriminated from the document content; and a change acknowledgement information display unit which displays the generated change acknowledgement information on the document such that the change acknowledgement information is discriminated from the document content. The public key information can be all or a part of sentences or all or a part of words included in the document content. According to the present invention, since change acknowledgement information for detecting a change in a document is included in the document content, it is possible to prevent the document content from being changed. |
