PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge waste gas, smoke, odor, and the like, generated at the time of cooking surely to the outdoor while sucking the air at a uniform rate over the entire region of suction port. SOLUTION: In a hood body 11 where a front suction port 6, a rear suction port 7 and a side suction port 8 are formed between a top hood 5 and a suction hood 9, a front filter plate 15 facing the front suction port 6 and a rear filter plate 16 facing the rear suction port 7 are arranged in V-shaped enlarging toward a main suction port 10 from the closed side suction port 8. According to the structure, a uniform suction air rate is attained and waste gas, smoke and odor generating at the time of cooking can be captured surely. |
