PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking prevention device of a passenger conveyor capable of suppressing deterioration of a walking regulation body.SOLUTION: A walking prevention device of a passenger conveyor comprises: a guide body disposed below a step board of steps on a going route out of plural steps disposed in an endless-state, between a getting-in port and a getting-out port of the passenger conveyor; a mechanism body disposed on a rear side of a step board of any of steps out of the plural steps, and which is along the guide body when the step moves between the getting-in port and the getting-out port on the going route; and a walking regulation body which is coupled to the mechanism body, which moves to an upper position relative to the step board from a lower position relative to the step board by movement of the mechanism body along the guide body on the getting-in port side, and which moves from the upper position relative to the step board to the lower position relative to the step board, by movement of the mechanism body along the guide body on the getting-out port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
