PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both of data collection in standard resolution and data collection in high definition resolution.SOLUTION: A plurality of detector cells 61 are provided to a semiconductor substrate 60, detect X-rays and are divided into a plurality of cell groups 71. A plurality of switching units 65 are connected to the plurality of detector cells 61 respectively. A plurality of DAS elements 551 are connected to the plurality of cell groups 71, respectively, and integrate electric signals from the plurality of detector cells 61 belonging to each of the cell groups 71. A control circuit 90 controls the plurality of switches 65 in the unit of the cell groups 71 so as to perform switching between a first connection for almost simultaneously reading the electric signals from the plurality of detector cells 61 belonging to each of the cell groups 71, and a second connection for reading the electric signals from the plurality of the detector cells 61 belonging to each of the cell groups 71 at different timings.
