PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomolecule analysis device which has such a structure that a separation part is vertically arranged and which prevents bubbles generated from an electrode from adversely affecting a contact portion of a transfer film with the separation part.SOLUTION: An insulating electrode cover 35 for releasing bubbles generated from an anode 32 is arranged between the anode 32 and a discharge part 50a of an electrophoresis gel chip 50.
