PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating device capable of ironing off an excessive coating liquid adhering to the leading end of a brush body.SOLUTION: A cylindrical ironing member 20 is fitted in an opening 12 of a container body 11 for receiving a coating liquid. The ironing member 20 comprises: a first ironing portion 21 for ironing an excessive coating liquid having adhered to the application brush when the application brush is dipped in the coating liquid and extracted from the container body 11 to the outside; and a second ironing portion 22 for ironing off the excessive coating liquid adhering to the tip of the application brush extracted to the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
