PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin film or the like that less likely decreases film strength even an additive is used, and a resin film or the like having a lower reflectance.SOLUTION: A low refractive index layer (resin film) 13 comprises a binder 132 comprising a photopolymerized product of a photopolymerizable fluorine-containing monomer and silsesquioxane. The low refractive index layer 13 further contains hollow silica particles 131 distributed in the binder 132. The low refractive index layer 13 further contains a photopolymerized product of a photopolymerizable fluorine-containing polymer and modified silicone mostly distributed on the surface side of the layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
