PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide alcoholic beverages in which a sweet aftertaste and a bitter taste are suppressed, and methods of improving flavors of alcoholic beverages.SOLUTION: An alcoholic beverage contains 10-1500 ppm of stevia, and an acidulant of at least one of lactic acid and malic acid in a content of 0.005-2.000 g/100 mL in terms of citric acid.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
