The present invention relates to a gas-operated hold down which is able to conveniently and quickly perform a gas filling operation and restore pressure. The gas-operated hold down (10) for a punching device comprises: a tubular containment body (11); a hold down element (12) formed to perform a translational motion in the tubular body in order to protrude from a first end part (13) of the tubular body (11) or move back to an inside of an end part; a tubular punch die covering element (14) which is on the same axis with the tubular body (11), guiding the hold down element (12); an annular closed body (15) designed to close the tubular containment body on a second end part (16) of the opposite of the tubular containment body (11); a pressure chamber (17) formed in a space among the tubular body (11), the tubular punch die covering element (14), the hold down element (12), and the annular closed body (15); and a fixed flange (18) expanded in a radial direction from the tubular containment body on the second part (16) of the tubular containment body (11). The fixed flange (18) has a penetration filling hole (19), wherein the hole is extended in a radial direction against the main axis (X) of the hold down (10) to the pressure chamber (17) from an exposed surface formed to be suitable for a usage of the hold down (10). |
