Electrolytic cell comprises a unit of spaced apart electrodes with holes for passage of hydrogen-oxygen mixture and electrolyte. One terminal of power supply is connected to central electrode of unit of electrodes and other is connected to both end electrodes. Above housing with unit of electrodes there is a container with electrolyte reserve.
