PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of regulating the growth of plants with a low cost and simple operations in plants hydroculture. SOLUTION: This growth regulating apparatus in a plant hydroculture is constituted by charging a culturing solution 2 in a box-type culturing tank 1 having an opened upper face, holding plants P on a setting panel 3 floated on the liquid surface of the culturing solution and dipping their roots in the culturing solution existing below. A culturing solution charging and discharging apparatus to vertically displacing the liquid surface of the culturing solution 2 so as the plants P on the setting panel 3 to be exposed on the opened upper face of the culturing tank 1, or to be sunken in the culturing tank 1 is provided and a light screening material 17 covering the opened upper face of the culturing tank 1 so as inside of the culturing tank 1 to be held in a dark period is provided on the opened upper face in capable of freely covering and uncovering. |
