<p>Mixer of the known type with a housing provided with feed and discharge openings and having pins mounted internally intermeshing with parallel pins on the outside of a body mounted within the housing, together with a drive mechanism for moving this body and the housing relatively to each other in such a way that the pins move past each other, with the improvement whereby the drive mechanism can generate a relative translational motion between the body and housing such that the pins of the driven part describe congruent closed paths around those on the stationary part.</p> |
