PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prepare a homogeneous ceramic slurry having required characteristics. SOLUTION: This method for preparing a ceramic slurry is to disperse a B2 O3 -containing glass component in a solvent containing ethylene glycol or methanol, to add an anionic dispersing comprising an aliphatic alcohol sulfate as a main ingredient, then, to add BaO-Re2 O3 (Re: a rare earth element)- TiO3 -based ceramic, and to disperse it. Thus, the anionic dispersant acts to concentrate on the BaO-Re2 O3 -TiO2 -based ceramic and the BaO-Re2 O3 -TiO2 is homogeneously dispersed, the reaction of a boron compound in the glass component with the anionic dispersing is reduced to decrease dilatant precipitates and characteristics such as a dielectric constant, a shrinkage factor, etc., have little scattering. |
