PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a highly realizable production plan by setting a preconfirming process to a variation in a demand on the basis of an unstable process when making a production plan, and confirming realizability to each process. SOLUTION: A production plan control device 302 is composed of a production plan initial data generating part 303 and a production plan correcting part 304, and after making and controlling a production plan in a production process, realizability of the production plan is confirmed by a material necessary quantity developing device 305, a necessary quantity to the production process is calculated, and a stock and the necessary quantity are alloted by a stock alloting device 306. Next, the production plan is made on the basis of production demand information by an each production process production plan control device 307, and realizability to the necessary quantity is judged. The production plan is made on the basis of procuring demand information by a material special procuring plan control device 308, and after realizability to the necessary quantity is judged, a plan unrealizable product is clarified on the basis of a stock unalloted kind and a material by a material necessary quantity inversely developing device 309. |
