PURPOSE:To enlarge usefulness of a magnetic material having a negative temperature coefficient by the combination with a material having a positive temperature coefficient by a method wherein the magnetic material having the negative temperature coefficient is made of an Ni-Cu-Zn ferrite consisted of the specific ratio of Fe2O3, CuO, ZnO, NiO. CONSTITUTION:The powders of materials consisted of respectively 32.75-47.0 mol% Fe2O3, 4.5-15.0mol% CuO, 25.75-34.5mol% ZnO and the prescribed quantity of NiO are mixed, provisional sintering is performed at 700-1,000 deg.C, and after wet pulverization is performed, compression molding is performed, and sintering is performed at 1,000-1,150 deg.C for 1-3hr to obtain the Ni-Cu-Zn ferrite magnetic material having the negative temperature coefficient. When combination thereof with the material having the positive temperature coefficient is used to manufacture a core for an electronic tuner, for example, temperature characteristic of a capacitor can be controlled easily and effectively. |
