PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain much amount of information and to enhance the security level by sensing fluorescence emitted from a forming layer for fluorescent pictures, converting it into reading signals for each color and processing read signals to make them reading signals. SOLUTION: A light source of ultraviolet rays 20 is provided with an irradiation part of ultraviolet rays that makes ultraviolet rays νuv irradiation on a fluorescent picture formed object 10 that incorporates a phosphor emitting a fluorescent of wavelength in a visible ray region and has a forming layer for fluorescent pictures that is substantially transparent for light in the visible region. A fluorescent sensor 30 has sensitivity decomposed for the first visible ray region and the second visible ray region which is different from the first one; and when a fluorescent νf1 is emitted from the light source of ultraviolet rays 20, it senses the florescent νf1 emitted from the fluorescent picture formed object 10 and coverts it to a red signal S 30 which is an electric signal. A signal processing part 40 carries out a computation such as an analysis, computerization of the read signal S 30 and so on, converts it to a read signal S 40 and read information is outputted from an output part 40a. |
