PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To warm the body from the feet by mounting a curtain for forcedly turning the direction of the air flow from the air outlet to the directly downward direction at the time of heating, thereby sending the air flow at the time of heating to the vicinity of a floor. SOLUTION: A Velcro is used to removably mount a curtain 40 at the upper edge of an air outlet of the air conditioner 10. Alternatively, the curtain 40 is telescopically provided by utilizing an automatic winder of the curtain available on the market. At the time of heating, the curtain 40 is hung in front of the outlet, the air flow from the outlet is forcedly turned in a direction W1 toward the place right under the curtain along the surface of the curtain 40, sent to the vicinity of a floor 54. Thus, the air is sent in the opposite direction W2 to a wall 52 between a lower end of the curtain 40 and the floor 54 to warm the body from the feet. And, at the time of cooling, the curtain 40 is extended substantially forward horizontally. A string is engaged from a forward end, and fixed to the ceiling. Thus, cold air is floated for a while in the upper part of the room, then lowered down to alleviate the coldness of the feet. |
