PURPOSE:To prevent the build-up of the pit of a low melting point material layer by light energy by laminating he low melting point material layer and porous layer into which the low melting point material can penetrate. CONSTITUTION:The low melting point material layer 3 which melts on receiving of the light energy and the porous layer 2 into which the molten low melting point material can penetrate are laminated on a substrate 1. A reflective layer 4 consisting of a thin light reflective film can be provided between the layer 2 and the substrate 1 and the layer 2 can be commonly used as the substrate as well by increasing the thickness thereof. The material to form the layer 3 is exemplified by a low melting point metal or the alloy thereof, org. metallic compd., dye and high-polymer material. On the other hand, the material to form the layer 2 is exemplified by a high-polymer material, metal and a porous film consisting of amorphous inorg. material. The build-up near the pit of the layer 3 is prevented and the reliability is improved according to the above- mentioned constitution. |
