<p>PURPOSE:To improve adhesion and demolding properties of a flame spraying metal, by a method wherein at the time of manufacturing of a complex of a metal and resin by applying resin to the inside of a mold after application of the flame spraying metal to the inside of the mold, a coating of or ganopolysiloxane is kept formed on the inside of the mold beforehand. CONSTITUTION:After a coating has been formed by curing or drying a liquid of organopolysiloxane by applying the same to the inside of a mold, a flame spraying metal is applied to the said coating. After a resin-impregnated base has been laminated on this flame spraying metal coating by a hand lay-up method and cured at normal temperature, a metal-resin complex is manufactured through demolding. As an organopolysiloxane coating layer is kept formed on the inside of the mold prior to application of metal spray to the inside of the mold, adhesion of the metal to the mold is favorable and demolding of the complex is easy also.</p> |
