PURPOSE:To simplify the adjustment of a lens and other operations and to enhance adjustment accuracy, by mounting a means for linearly moving the optical axis position to an image sensing element in a lateral direction, a means for adjusting the squareness of an optical axis and a means for performing the revolving adjustment of an optical system around the optical axis. CONSTITUTION:In order to move a sensor 2 up and down with respect to an optical axis (a), movable elements 1, 2, 3, 6 are moved with respect to fixed elements 8, 9, 12 by the rotation of a screw 18. In the adjustment of the right- angled degree of the sensor 2, a nut 24 is temporarily loosened to revolve a screw 22 through a knob 23 and the movable elements 1, 2, 3, 6 are revolved around the screw 18 with respect to the fixed elements 8, 9, 12 to be adjusted and subsequently again fixed by the nut 24. In order to adjust an optical axis with respect to the sensor 2, a base holder 12 is revolved while guided along the outer periphery of an outer cylinder 9 by a V-groove 10 and a pin 15a. A focus is matched by operating a pin 28 along a slot 29 to move a lens 17 through an inner cylinder 27 and a holder 16. The adjustment of the length of a light path is performed by moving the mount position of the flange 31 of the outer cylinder 9 before and behind.
