LUBRICATING OIL USEFUL FOR FLUOROCARBON COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE:To obtain the title lubricating oil having excellent low-temperature compatibility with fluorocarbon R134a, good lubricating performance in the atmosphere and heat stable performances, comprising a specific polyoxypropylene glycol dialkyl ether as a base oil. CONSTITUTION:The aimed lubricating oil comprising a compound (preferably one wherein R1 and R2 are 2-4C alkyl and average molecular weight is 500-700 or one wherein R1 and R2 are 5-8C alkyl and average molecular weight is 300-600) which has 300-700 average molecular eight and shown by the formula (R1 and R2 are 1-8C alkyl; n is integer) as a base oil. The base oil selected preferably has 4-15cst viscosity at 100 deg.C with respect to lubricating properties and has 4-10cst with respect to reduction of energy.
