PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition which is noncombustible or difficulty combustible, has an excellent cleaning effect and is useful as a remover for flux, grease, etc., a cleaner for IC components, etc., or the like by blending at least one member selected from among cyclohexane, n-hexane and n-pentane with ethanol and trichlorotrifluoroethane. CONSTITUTION:At least one member selected from among cyclohexane, n-hexane and n-pentane and ethanol are used in a ratio of, preferably, an azeotropic mixture, and this mixture is mixed with trichlorotrifluoroethane in such amounts that the mixing ratio of the mixture or each of the above four components to the trichlorotrifluoroethane is desirably 1-50wt.% (e.g., a mixture of 70wt.% of trichlorotrifluoroethane with 30wt.% of a cyclohexane-ethanol azeotrope mixture). |
