发明名称 COATING METHOD OF TETRAFLUOROETHYLENE RESIN
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a coated product having sufficient bonding strength by coating aluminum with a tetrafluoroethylene resin having specific gravity of a specific value or more to sinter said resin at specific temp. CONSTITUTION:After aluminum is coated with a tetrafluoroethylene resin having specific gravity of 2.20 or more, the coated one is baked under a baking (sintering) condition slightly decomposing the tetrafluoroethylene resin to make it possible to obtain a coated product having sufficient bonding strength from a practical aspect. The most pref. baking condition slightly generating the decomposition of the tetrafluoroethylene resin is set so that temp. is 400-600 deg.C and a baking time is 10-600sec. It is necessary to take a long time when said temp. is on a low temp. side within said range and a short time when the temp. is on a high temp. side. Only a part of the resin is decomposed under this condition and sufficient tensile strength and elongation are obtained.
