The posture corrector, designed to make a person hold his/her head up, consists of a pair of spectacles (1) with plain or prescription lenses (2). The upper portions (30) are made opaque, e.g. by a coating, to make the wearer raise his/her head to see. The corrector can be in the form of clip-on lenses, e.g. sunglasses, with opaque sections at the top, or simply two opaque lens sections which fit onto a spectacle frame and fold down over the main lenses. ADVANTAGE - Helps to prevent curvature of the spine and other disorders.
