A presentation pad for jewellery (1) is made of a base layer (2) of stiff cardboard or knitted tissue of max thickness 1.5 mm, a cover layer (4) of textile material and between them a padding of plastic foam (3), pref expanded PE. The layers (2,3) are joined by a first (5), and the layers (3,4) by a second (6) layer of hot melt. ADVANTAGE - This replaces the manual labour and simplifies the mfr of presentation pads without harming their sales appeal.
