<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate mounting/dismounting work of insulating cover, to improve work efficiency and to relieve fatigue of worker by making it possible to secure a fulcrum through a joint to a desired position above a section for clamping the upper end part of the gondola of a high position working truck. CONSTITUTION:When an insulating cover is mounted/dismounted on/from a stringing, an idle pin 42 is moved upward and a clamping part 1 of a supporting device A for a working rod, which has sustained enlarged state between inside and outside clampers 33, 21, is mounted on the upper edge G of a gondola. When a handle section 34 is temporarily pulled inward, the idle pin 42 moves naturally downward in an elongated hole 41 and disengaged from the inside edge 43 of a stopper protrusion 44 and thereby the device A is secured quickly to the upper edge G of the gondola. Consequently, a fulcrum 85 at the tip of a fulcrum supporting rod 84 can be secured at a desired position through a joint 6 by loosening/tightening a handle 54 and reinsertion of a fixing pin 74.</p> |
