PURPOSE:To obtain in highly releasable molded material by applying a composition obtained by adding a viscosity-control agent, curing rate control agent and release agent to a main agent consisting of an epoxy resin and curing agent, followed by blending, and spreading the blend on a sheet or the surface of a molded frame substrate to form an uneven pattern thereon. CONSTITUTION:The highly releasable molded material having uneven pattern formed by applying a composition obtained by blending a main agent consisting of (A) an epoxy resin, preferably bisphenol A type epoxy resin having 180-200 epoxy equivalent and being liquid at ordinary temperature and (B) curing agent (preferably aliphatic amine) with (C) a viscosity control agent such as powdery silica, calcium carbonate or asbestos, (D) alkylated phenol epoxy resin (e.g. formula I) used as a curing accelerator) or phenoxyether-based epoxy resin (e.g. formula II) used as a curing retardant and (E) silicone resin release agent [e.g. formula III ((n) is 0-2230)] on a sheet or the surface of a molded frame substrate. |
