PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate laser position detection and to improve responsiveness. SOLUTION: The laser position detector is installed in the light guide for laser, detecting a laser position in the light guide; the detector is provided with a light receiving plate 15 for receiving a laser beam on one face 14, plural temperature detecting members 24 which are arranged in the light receiving plate and which detect the temperature of a laser beam emitted to the plate 15, and an arithmetic part 18 which detects the laser position on the one face 14 by calculating the detection result of the temperature detecting members 24. |
