PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the overcurrent of a pilot reactor circuit being provided at the primary side of a transformer, by readily detecting that an output side is released when starting an inverter and stopping the converter. SOLUTION: A current detector 11 detects current that flows to a pilot reactor circuit at the coil winding side being connected to the inverter converter side of a transformer 6 and a voltage detector 14 detects a generated voltage at the output side of the transformer 6. A level detection circuit 30 outputs a signal when the output of the voltage detector 14 is inputted and a signal at least at a specific value is inputted, and a level detection circuit 31 outputs a signal when the output of the current detector 11 is inputted and a signal at least at a specific value is inputted. The output of level detection circuits 30 and 31 is inputted to an AND circuit 32 for AND operation. When the AND circuit 32 is established, a signal is outputted to a converter protection circuit and the converter is stopped. |
