PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic cash transaction system with which the transaction contents of automatic teller machine(ATM) can be inputted by a terminal equipment on the side of a clerk and a transaction can be smoothly performed even in the case of transaction at a place where no clerk exists. SOLUTION: Concerning the automatic cash transaction system composed of an ATM 1 to be operated by a user and terminal equipment 2 to be operated by the clerk, TV conference systems composed of cameras 4 and 16 for photographing the user and the clerk themselves, screens for projecting their parties, receivers 6 or headsets 18 composed of microphones for inputting their own voices and speakers for outputting the voices of the parties and transmitters 7 and 19 for transmitting and receiving images and sounds are mounted on the ATM 1 and the terminal equipment 2 and concerning the user who can not understand how to operate the ATM 1, the operation can be performed on the side of the clerk in place of the user or the user himself can perform operation according to the instructions of the clerk. |
