PURPOSE:To provide a vibrating gyroscope capable of detecting the rotational angular velocity with little error when the temperature is changed. CONSTITUTION:A vibrating gyroscope 10 contains a vibrator 11, and the vibrator 11 has piezoelectric elements 14a, 14b outputting the signals corresponding to the rotational angular velocity. The piezoelectric elements 14a, 14b are connected to two input ends of a differential amplifying circuit 40. The output end of the differential amplifying circuit 40 is connected to one input end of an analog adder 46 via a synchronous detecting circuit 42 and a rectifying/ amplifying circuit 44. A temperature sensor 50 for detecting the temperature around the vibrator 11 is provided near the vibrator 11. The temperature sensor 50 is connected to the input end of an A/D converter 52. The output end of the A/D converter 52 is connected to the other input end of the analog adder 46 via a programmable logic device (PLD) 54 and a D/A converter 56. |
