PURPOSE:To inspect wiring of a solid-state relay output circuit automatically and in a short time in a controller with the built-in solid-state relay output circuit. CONSTITUTION:Solid-state relay output waveforms are detected by current sensors 10a-10c, the output waveforms are processed, an associative circuit corresponding to the output waveforms is set, and then the associative circuit is compared with a circuit which is preset and stored. A CPU 12 for inspection for inspecting wiring according to the comparison result is provided. |
