PURPOSE:To prevent rust from mixing into contents in a container and loosely open an upper lid at an appropriate speed due to restoring force of a rubber-like elastic body. CONSTITUTION:A rubber-like elastic body 26 is mounted in the vicinity of a joint hinge 13 of at least one of a cap body 11 and an upper lid 12, wherein the rubber-like elastic body is subjected to elastic deformation between the cap body and the upper lid when the upper lid is closed. |
