PURPOSE:To carry out cutting work simply without trouble, and to form a cutting-out hole for mounting wiring appliances. CONSTITUTION:The peripheral edges of an upper surface plate 1 and a lower surface plate 2 arranged so as to be oppositely faced in upper and lower sections and made of a rectangular steel plate are bonded mutually. The inside of a hollow section formed between the upper surface plate 1 and the lower surface plate 2 is filled with filters 3 and the fillers 3 are arranged, thus forming a panel body 4. The upper sections of a plurality of projecting sections 5 partially projected toward the upper surface plate 1 from the lower surface plate 2 are combined with the upper surface plate 1. The bonding sections of the projecting sections 5 and the upper surface plate 1 are disposed at the positions of the corner sections of a cutting-out hole 6 for mounting a wiring appliance shaped by partially cutting out the panel body 4. Through-holes 7 penetrated to the surface and rear of the panel body 4 are bored to the coupling sections of the projecting sections 5 and the upper surface plate 1. |
