PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of synchronization acquisition of an inverse spread code. CONSTITUTION:The generating circuit is provided with a ROM 1 storing an inverse spread code, a ROM address circuit 2 generating an address to the ROM 1, a latch circuit 3 latching data (inverse spread code) outputted from the ROM 1 by the address circuit 2, a reference address circuit 4 generating a comparison reference address, an UP counter circuit 5 generating an address for phase updating in a negative direction, a DOWN counter circuit 6 generating an address for phase updating in a positive direction, an UP/DOWN changeover circuit 7 and a changeover control circuit 8 switching the UP counter circuit 5 and the DOWN counter circuit 6 and a reset pulse generating circuit 9 comparing an address of the UP counter circuit 5 or the DOWN counter circuit 6 selected by the circuits 7, 8 with a reference address by the reference address circuit 4 and resetting the ROM address circuit 2 when they are equal. |
