PURPOSE:To obtain a solid battery with a large specific capacity having a high ion conductivity of an electrolyte, to which a positive electrode with a large utilization factor is combined. CONSTITUTION:In a solid battery farmed by laminating a negative electrode, a solid electrolyte, and a positive electrode, a polarity high polymer an electrolyte is impregnated is used, and the positive electrode has a structure in Which a positive electrode active material, an electron conductive agent, and the above polarity high polymer are formed on a metal foil. The solid electrolyte is a multi-layer composition of at least two sorts of high polymers with different polarities including at least the above polarity high polymer and a low prlarity high polymer. At least one sort of the high polymers may include a rubber component. Consequently, a solid battery having a high energy density, a high charge and discharge efficiency, and a safety with no liquid leakage can be obtained. |
